I eat Velveeta and Kraft Deluxe Mac N Cheese only if it was just recently cooked.I've grown out of eating them as leftovers.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese is the ****. SOOOOoOoooooOOo GOOD.

Fish/Seafood is the healthiest of all the meats, followed by Chicken, then Pork and Beef
Omega 3s are the 'good' fats.If you are interested in being a foodie type, try locally sourced produce and meats.The farmer's market would be a good start.
