How is he contradict himself ? He never follow the basic or generic trend. He wasn't talking about artist like Britney Spears, Bruno Mars, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Flo Rida, Ke$ha etc because they always did the same type of music. I think he was talking about artists like Robin Thicke, Pitbull, Usher and Nicki Minaj to be honest.
