Kelly's always been shady, she wrote open letters calling Kanye West an asshole years ago, she publicly dragged Clive Davis and Ryan Tedder, she was even shady post-idol when she was shading them for forcing her to do a movie. I mean at least get a better excuse.
And what about Brandon's kids? She's always been respectful and said she doesn't want to replace their mother, his kids actually really love Kelly and look up to her, she's been nothing but sweet.
And she decided to elope because the paps and press leaked all her wedding details, excuse her for not wanting her private wedding invaded by cameras.
