A lot of the pokemon featured so far seem to be ridable, I wonder how big that mechanic will be in the game or if it will be more of a inconvenience than a help.
(like having to switch between 2 bikes in ruby)
Should I cancel my X preorder cause I don't have a 3DS yet or should I just buy the game and then later on the 3DS when I saved enough up?
If you don't get a nice pre-order gift, then you should cancel it. I mean, the price isn't very likely gonna drop in the next few months, but it would be a sh*tty feeling when you have the game, but no 3DS

But I would atleast have the game already, I mean I'm gonna buy it anyway, doesn't matter when. And I wouldn't spend the money for the 3ds on other stuff while savin up (like I was doing since January ) when I have the game already cause I would want it asap.
My planned team so far: Chespin, Pyroar, Xerneas, a water type, a flying type, one of the fossils.
I will use the Kanto starters after the main story, wanna use only new Pokemon.
That's actually a good idea.
I also feel like not using the starters if they end up being a Gen 5 sized mess.
But even if not idk, the Pokemon are so good they're already overshadowing the poor starters.
I'm going with Froakie and everything I find on my first play through that has a nice design and fits well on my team
