It's not like you pay for it or anything, so I can't see how it wouldn't be worth getting.

It tracks your listening from all artists, songs, albums, etc over the time you make it. Soon as you make it, also it transfers your listens from iTunes even before you had an account.

It tracks from about everything - iTunes, Spotify, etc. They even have a Google Chrome plug-in to scrobble Youtube videos.
