It's getting smaller but really slow even considering that Katy lost #1 exposure and video effect also decreased significantly.
Compared to 40h ago Gaga won only 4% from Katy's lead.

Just check the video and see the like/dislike ratio. Nudity might be off-putting for many people but the song is good and that's the reason it's selling so well.
Nudity makes people watch the video, which gives the song more exposure, which makes more people buy it. This is common sense.
