Bad idea.
It would encourage other vultures to go and shake down artists (sue with deliberate aim of getting a settlement).
Let the court decide once and for all: either she was underpaid which means she needs to get paid - or else she was paid for doing her job which means she needs to get back to the hood/trailer empty handed and look for another job.
