So with my experience () I'm going to say Gaga.
Why though? Each time Gaga comes out with an album/starts a new era she just guarantees herself at least 2 more years of relevance because of her promo period followed by a world tour that last 1 or 2 years...So as long as she keeps making music she's good. That's true for most artists.
