So I've been asked to make an official thread about this Australian singer. I've considered, and I will do it. I will try to update as often as I can.
If there is any U.S.A. plans, I will let you know first-hand. Maybe I should give you a little taste of her.

Anyway, here's her Wikipedia entry.

Early Life & Acting career
She attended Melbourne Girls Grammar where she graduated in 2004. McIntosh appeared in the film The Wilde Girls alongside Olivia Newton-John as well as the Australian kids' TV show, The Legacy of the Silver Shadow, both small guest appearances.
In 2003, McIntosh became a regular on Australian soap opera Neighbours playing character "Sky Mangel".
For her performance in Neighbours, she was nominated for the "Most Popular New Female Talent" award at the 46th Annual TV Week Logie Awards held in 2004, but lost to Isabel Lucas from Home And Away. She left the series when her contract expired in March 2007. [1]
Other work
As a child she also did some modelling work. McIntosh will be appearing on various radio stations in the UK including stations run by EMAP and GCap Media in 2007.
Music
Tightrope
Following the path of many Neighbours stars by diversifying into music, McIntosh signed a five-album deal to Universal Music Australia. McIntosh released her debut album Tightrope on September 9, 2006, which debuted at number 4 on the ARIA Charts. Glenn Wheatley, Delta Goodrem's former manager, is managing McIntosh. The music and TV concept is being produced by UK producers Tom Nichols & Arnon Woolfson.
Her debut single Mistake, was released on July 29, 2006 and premiered on Australian radio on June 26, 2006. It debuted on the ARIA Charts at #3, and has since gone Gold, with shipments of over 35,000 units.
Tightrope, the second single to be lifted off the album, made the Australian Top 20 - but failed to chart as well as Mistake. The album debuted at #4 on the ARIA Charts and #1 on the Australasian Charts and has been accredited Gold.
The third single to be lifted from the album, So Do I Say Sorry First?, did not do as well as her previous singles, peaking at number #34 on the ARIA Singles Chart.

"Mistake" (2006)
McIntosh's debut single was a pop-rock song which was her strongest single to date. It was also her debut international single.
"Tightrope" (2006)
McIntosh’s second single failed to make as much of an impact on the charts as Mistake.
"So Do I Say Sorry First?" (2007)
McIntosh’s third single taken from the album Tightrope. It is also her least successful single to date. (also currently my Song Of The Year right ahead of Be Good To Me by Ashley Tisdale)
According to Universal Musics website, a special repackaged edition of the album Tightrope will be released on the 19 March 2007. [2] At her appearance on Habbo Hotel on 8 March 2007, McIntosh confirmed that the repackaged edition will feature remixes of the singles as well as Catching My Breath. She also confirmed that a 2nd season of The Steph Show is in the pipeline, however this increasingly looks unlikely. McIntosh was also nominated for "Spankin New Artist" in the Australia MTV Awards, where she also performed. Stephanie performed So Do I Say Sorry First? and struggled with part of the song where she was without musical backing, and her performance was cut from later screenings of the show. This was the second time she had struggled live, following a poorly received performance on The Footy Show. (Maybe it was the wrong performance of Stephanie I posted, I somehow posted one she struggled with.......oops)
Mistake was the debut single in the UK, with McIntosh promoting over there in June 2007 Mistake was available in the UK for download only on June 18th and then its physical release was a week later on June 25th. McIntosh did a lot promotional work on British Radio and TV. Mistake debuted at #168 on the UK Singles Chart purely on downloads and then reached its peak of #47 upon its physical release.
The album, Tightrope was released on August 20, 2007 in the UK and peaked at #11 on the UK Top 100 PreOrder Album Chart before its release, but failed to chart on the UK Album Chart. So Do I Say Sorry First? was the 2nd UK single. It was available in the UK for download only on August 6 and then its physical release would have been a week later on August 13, however, several days after the release date it was announced that So Do I Say Sorry First? would be a 'download exclusive' single. It peaked at #258 on the UK Singles Chart.
McIntosh will be performing at University Bars and Nightclubs across the UK from September 2007-November 2007 in an attempt to build her popularity with UK fans. [4]
Second album
In the August 25 edition of the Australian Woman's Day, McIntosh was quoted as saying that she is "looking forward to launching her next album" leading to speculation that she has started working on a second album. It has been recently announced that her forthcoming second album will be called The Other Side of Me, and the first single of the same name is to be released soon.
The Steph Show
The Steph Show premiered on Australian TV at 6:00pm July 28, 2006 on Network Ten and finished in September 2006.
The show, in the same vein as The Ashlee Simpson Show, had cameras following McIntosh as she recorded her debut album Tightrope. The first single entitled Mistake was released the day after the season premiere. McIntosh has confirmed that MTV USA has bought the rights to air the show in the USA [citation needed]. The show is expected to premiere sometime in 2007.
