I am beginning to think the WB will spend a week at #1 on the Hot 100 with its massive views tbh! I know the Female MJ would give a week or 2 to Miley because the dog slays, the video slays, and Miley deserves it after being blocked by arguably the biggest songs of the last 2 decades.

You need to use % decrease in this case, not absolute value..
