Remember when DWT would be an actual WW tour She hasn't PROPERLY toured the world since GGGB.
She's not very big in South America (feel free to clock me with receipts) so The tour wouldn't be too profitable. Didn't the Loud Tour in brasil flop to high heavens?

She strong enough to perform in SA. The reason she flopped in Brazil is because she performed at Rock In Rio and she isn't strong enough there to do RIR and concerts. But even the flop dates made more money than US shows
She could easily tour Venezuela, Peru, Colombia and Argentina. She could easily do more dates in Asia also, there so many markets she not going.
