Miley is showing us the PRIME example of wilding out for attention,sales,etc. I mean we even have powerforce's like gaga and katy releasing new music right now and THEY aren't even gaining as much as attention,sales,VEVO views,streaming views,etc. as Miley is.

although now, there is a downfall for this, the grammys wont take her serious now because of these antics, and quite frankly, wrecking ball is grammy worthy and now she ruined her chance of being nominated.

Her recent antics are not something to applaud, in my opinion. She's being anything but smart right now. the backfire is when she finally snaps out of it and regrets ever doing this silly charade.

the difference is Madonna had meaning behind her stuff, if you ask miley, why do you stick your tongue out? why do you twerk? what does being naked on a wrecking ball stand for? she would make a lame excuse.

Yup and they giving Miley exactly what she wants. I don't care that she wants to go a more sexual & urban route, hell I predicted she was gonna do this now from seeing her on Hannah Montana for the first time. Her whole image comes off so obviously contrived to me, but hey it's her life and her truth.

Miley has found her formula that has PROVEN time and time again to be effective in gaining attention, anticipation, buzz, hype publicity, and success and people are so pressed and steamed like clothes out of the cleaners and it's so funny and annoying seeing people so fumed because someone is successful and relevant and they think that person doesn't deserve too, get over it.

In trying so desperately to transform herself out of a teen/disney act, she's turned herself into a novelty act. Miley is simply getting a lot of getting "trainwreck"-style attention now. People are watching her to laugh, cringe, mock/criticize and/or to see what the fuss is about...and it's generating momentary "success," but she's not smart enough to realize that she's also making a fool of herself and sewing the seeds of an eventual massive backlash. When this era is done, no one will want anything to do with her. And in 5 years, when she's trying to make another comeback, this time as a more conservative and credible country act in the tradition of her father, she'll try her damnedest to pretend that this whole period never happened.
