Miley's digital sales and streams would need to be huge in order for her to snatch Katy next week. That's highly unlikely. I do see a top 3/5 vault, though.

A bit pressed over #4pplause falling to #5, but I guess Miley deserves her success Wrecking Ball is a much better song than WCS and the video is actually pretty nice (and in some parts even beautiful), sans the sledgehammer licking.

I doubt it. Gaga's sales are a lot more front-loaded than Katy's, plus Applause isn't a sack of **** with extremely high burn rate like BTW, so it has that going for it. She's going to outsell Katy this week. It's going to be remain to be seen how they will stand in the long-run (Katy's airplay is going to give her more constant and extended exposure) but right now I'm on Team Applause for this one.
