People need to give credit to both, Producer & Artist, Dr. Luke is a good producer but people also want to hear more Katy and Miley.

Sigh. Miley has really risked the integrity of a truly good song with the Wrecking Ball video. Without her being naked and making out with the sledgehammer she potentially could have gained some more mature fans, but now no matter how good Wrecking Ball is, people aren't going to take it seriously. I'm glad it's seeing huge increases on iTunes but I wish it was doing so without more of her antics

Its not that. Her new songs are catchy and good, the public likes them. A lot of people would go around their friends making fun of her and hating her, but back home they'll listen to Wrecking Ball on full volume or dance to We Cant Stop at the club. The huge, huge attention she's receiving is just exposing the songs to more and more people.
