Well now that she's back on tour I have no hope for a single for the new era. I can only count on JT to release their collaboration in 20/20 Experience part II and Jay Z with Part II (On The Run) music video

I still wanna hear her first single, I think it will still do good on the chart, but not sure about #1, tho

Anyway, she will release her single at the end of the year.

I personally think she's missed too many chances, missing the Superbowl and Pepsi was like the stupidest decision she could've ever taken, she started a tour that doesn't really promote anything (or if anything, it promotes a 2-year old album) and that is about to finish. Releasing an album during/after wrapping up the tour would be too messy, she'd probably be too tired to promote and I doubt she'd go on tour again any time soon. Her career has gotten that messy, the Hive has gone through too much the past years, imagine her lead single peaks at #11 and then she gets pregnant again, the meltdowns will be worse than the Monsters' when Applause got stuck at #2 on iTunes.

She will do whatever the hell she wants, and y'all will deal!

She is waiting to get a song that doesn't need a video or performance in order to be good which is what she should be doing.

Um. We don't care if her lead single peaks at #11 we just want music. Bey does whatever she wants. And releasing album 5 after the tour wouldn't be messy. In fact it will only make sure people buy it. Touring is a way of promotion and right now she's promoting herself. And after album 5 she could always go on tour for it. People will always buy her tickets, unlike other artist.

I can't speak for the whole Hive, but as a fanbase I think we're a little less concerned about chart positions than other ones.

And not releasing after the Super Bowl and Pepsi is actually a very smart move if she wasn't happy with the music she had already created.

You could be right about that, I guess we can only hope the music is amazing, 'cause that could justify all her missed opportunities. I still think there was some stupidity in that move, I mean Beyoncé always seems to be satisfied with the music she creates and she always creates concepts and stories for her albums and eras, do you think she's been struggling to find a direction for the album? I think I read something like that on ATRL a few months ago, it could explain many things.

So long as she doesn't resort to playing casinos in Vegas and singing silly theme songs to movie adaptations of old 80s cartoons after getting fired from a judging gig on a reality tv show, I'm good.

I think she doesn't want to compete (with others or herself) anymore. She's accomplished a lot with relatively few releases, so she probably feels like she has very little to prove as a commercial artist. Personally I think she shouldn't get too comfortable, but whatever. As long as the music's good.
