I won't upgrade tomorrow, when I upgraded to iOS6 on release day it took ages to download.

is it avaliable on iphone 4?

Yes, however that's the lowest to date device that it will support.

I have a 4S and my main fear is that when I upgrade it that it will be too slow . And when I don't upgrade it that my apps will suck and not available for my system anymore .
What do ya all think ??

I actually upgraded to iOS7 beta on my other 4s, and it's not slow at all, it's actually much faster, and it's truly a beautiful layout.

I'm using the beta on my 4S and it's fast, pretty stable and all my apps work, so it should be okay for you!

Yes, definitely! I had the beta when it first came out, but I downgraded after getting tired of the beta bugs and apps that weren't up to iOS 5 yet. I'm excited to get it back

I heard the Gold Master will be available to developers exclusively for a few days. Then it will roll out to the public a week later. This was the case with iOS 6, I think.

More lags and phone freeze yay
