I remember that hateful letter thread and the responses from that thread really got me thinking about autism
the youngest in my fam has always been picky about texture, very and I mean very socially awkward, and tends to focus on one thing and hates change and idk reading some of the peoples responses there and how it kinda reminded me of my brother made me think :/
so I did some research of my own and went to my mom with it and we think its more likely to be aspergers syndrome and we're actually getting him tested next month.
even the whole eye contact thing, my mom would yell and get upset because she thought it was disrespect.
sorry for the long post but I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my hearts for talking about it on here/that thread I know it must be hard but it really opened my eyes to something that was literally right in front of me
