I love the 'New Adult Britney'. She seems more content with herself, and I love the fact that she's a mom now. My only issue is I don't think that most of the time, she realizes how iconic she actually is. She is the Madonna of her generation, and collaborating with people like Sabi and Miley Cyrus, just doesn't work for me.
I also have a constant fear that she's going to announce her 'retirement' soon. We all know, that she'll make music again, because that's just who Britney is, but given my/our attachment to her, I don't think I'll be able to live.
I've been sensing her retirement ever since the FF era ended. I just know an announcement will be made after this era is over. We'll probably get a greatest hits album and she'll make a comeback before she's 40.

I would trade Gimmie more as first single with Radar.
I think that if it was released during that era that song could've smashed HARD! and be the Bop of the century.
and just Imagine the VMA performence.
I think she killed Radar with the Circus era video

I don't agree with the single idea, but releasing "Radar" during the Circus era was odd. Though, I think it was a contractual obligation to Bloodshy & Avant.

I see Britney retiring with 10 albums but I just know she'll be taking an extended break once this era is over.
What if Britney does well in Vegas, though? She may be offered bank and asked to stay.
Army Confession: I don't think Britney cares (nor has she ever cared) about chart performance, sales or anything like that. I think she just wants to make the music she wants to make. I feel like sales and chart rankings are more for stan wars than the artist, tbh. I mean, yeah, artists what to be successful (because it keeps them employed at their label and whatnot), but once you've reached the pinnacle of success, what do the accolades mean? It's like adding a new Benz to your collection. You like it, you won't turn it down, but it isn't what drives you like when you first started.
