That doesn't mean she isn't overrated. Her impact is beyond overrated, no one is inspired by her in any sense, other than being beautiful (which was done before her). She made no impact whatsoever and is only famous because of her early success. That's being overrated.

GaGa isn't really overrated... I mean when she uses other peoples ideas she at least credits them (and don't try using that Express Yourself BS). Her talent is grossly underrated by the public.

If anything I think most artists are underrated. People don't take pop music seriously.
