A video was definitely filmed and it was going to be a single but according to some Miley sources~ the whole thing has been scrapped.

Apparently the video to this was too controversial, so they're hesitating on releasing it.

Are you sure Bang Bang was released as a single there? It did well in the UK, but I don't think they planned for it to be a single here, but since it went top 10 on iTunes after a performance they decided to release it.
