Her English even bad tho... it's just a heavy Spanish accent. Other than a few words, I was able to understand all of it, and her sentence structure is just fine.

She's a politician, the major of the Spanish capital, she should know English and have a better pronunciation
Yes she's the mayor of the capital city of Spain. Why should she be able to speak perfect English?

I'm not doing the most dearie, if Spain wants to evolve, our main concern is the way we form our politicians, it's so cringe worthy to be one of the few countries that bring transators along with our president when most leaders know English themselves and need no assistance, oh and I forgot how English is required in many jobs, but not to be President, like WTF?

Why should she know English though? Mandarin has more speakers, shouldn't we all aim to learn Mandarin instead?
Or maybe we should just be thankful that they manage to speak their own language just fine
Maybe because English is the main language in all meetings, reunions, events etc etc And as I've said before, the fact that a barman has to know english and this ''woman'' doesn't....
