well tbh i just wanted to develop a little pecs because i don't find bird chests attractive

that was my original goal but now that i've kinda reached it i'm just keeping on with my workout regimen without a specific focus. i also work on my legs (squats, lunges) because i don't want to have stick thin legs with muscles up top.
i never cared for six packs but i still do crunches
i've actualy been trying to gain weight but i can't. i didn't know it would be so hard to gain weight
