Yes, I really am. If people want your album, they'll buy it. Tens of millions of people wanted the albums of the acts who were part of the late 90s/early 00s teen scene, whereas teen pop stars of today can barely touch platinum. Their overall impact is virtually non existant. 30-something soccer moms liked BSB and Nsync at the time too. Nobody but 12 year old girls that watch the Disney channel ****s with Selena, Bieber and 1D; they're virtually isolated from everyone who isn't part of their very narrow demographic. Half, most people don't even know who Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato are. Everyone knew Britney and Christina at the time. Not even older teens get into the teen pop acts of today. It's all tweens. Which is why they don't have the same impact as the teen stars of yesterday, and thus don't sell a fraction of what they did.
