Headed for an Urban/R&B sound - Celiné Dion took to the stage on The Voice UK to premiere her lead single "Ratchette" off of her new project '#TurntUp' She performed the single by twerking on stage and stripping on a pole. Her vocals were flaw free + the judges commended her performance by giving her a standing ovation. At the end, Celiné Dion went up to grind on will.i.am + the crowd was stunned. Her shocking performance broke Twitter Records for The Voice UK + the single went #1 on iTunes UK shortly afterwards. The critics have been raving about her controversial performance, calling it "racy, but brilliant" + "Celiné takes over the Urban market." Kinda.. I love to use the name Georgie Skai because I hate my last name. It's literally the #1 biggest insecurity I have in my life. My real name's George (obviously) but idk I just like going by Georgie. And the name Skai has always been so interesting

CELINÉ DION PERFORMS ON THE X FACTOR UK
Celiné strutted her way to The X Factor UK, just after performing on The Voice UK. She took pictures with fans, entering the studio + she signed autographs for everyone. Her performance was absolutely stunning. Celiné did some choreography, while singing "Ratchette" + she was going IN. Making some very sexual moves with her hair, she flipped it around, strutting during the performance. She also did a strip tease on a pole, causing people to gasp. At the end of the performance, she got up on the Judges Table + twerked HARD. She ended her performance by smacking Gary Barlow in the ass, causing the audience to laugh, although some were uncomfortable. The judges gave her a standing ovation, although Sharon looked at her quite oddly. Celiné exited, blowing a kiss + shaking her ass on the way out. The performance caused her lead on iTunes to increase by 6%, right over "Heart Waster."

CELINÉ DION ON GRAHAM NORTON
Celiné went on the smash talk show Graham Norton to perform her new single "Ratchette" + to talk about her new single. Here's what went down:
I: So Celine, how are you my darling?
C: I am magnifique!
I: So congratulations on the new single!
C: Merci! I am so excited to have shared it with my beautiful fans all over the world!
I: Well, it definitely has a… rather, different sound… wouldn't you say?
C: Oh absolutely! I am so excited to create black music now! Get turnt up bitches! Sorry… I'm still new to this whole "gangster" music, but I'm so excited I'll probably have it down in no time!
I: Um… Okay then! So Celine, the track features the legendary Barbara Streisand. How did that happen?
C: Well… after the good sis Barbara had come to me, I was so repelled. She wanted me to sing this ballad with her called "Eternal Love." And I was all, "No. No. I am sick + tired of releasing crumby, predictable rubbish." So then, we sat down for some Cola as I introduced "Ratchette" to her. She hated it, but I threatened to leak her Greatest Hits album - so she accepted. But for some reason, she refuses to perform it with me. She says that "stripping + twerking is bad for your reputation." But who gives a f--k?!?!
I: Um… shall we just get to the performance, please?
C: Sure!
Celiné gave another shocking, racy performance of "Ratchette." But she took the controversy up just a notch. While some gangsters played the track, she danced with her dancers. They were going IN on the choreography, then Celiné started smacking all of their asses. She had a few orgasms here + there before she continued her routine. A pole slid up from the ground, Celiné spinning on it effortlessly. The gangsters + dancers threw money when she stripped on the pole, screaming to give 'em more. Celiné stepped of the stage, heading towards the host. The host knew what was coming, so he started RUNNING AWAY from her all over the studio. Celiné chased after him, with the audience laughing. Her dancers caught him + pushed him up against the wall. Celiné began to grind up on him, but the host actually liked it. The performance however, was cut from TV because it was just too inappropriate for LIVE TV.
Celiné received critical backlash, as well as UK backlash. However, her controversial reign just won't let up. After the performance went viral on YouTube, her lead on Tegan & Sara went from 27% to 40%, marking a huge increase in her sales. She also became the most talked about person in the world that day.
