What do you like better? Looking at yourself in the mirror, or seeing yourself through front-face camera or pictures in general?
I feel like I'm the only one who hates seeing pictures of themselves or hates looking in a camera.
I always think I look like a monster with front face camera's especially because I don't like the way your phone flips the photos 180 degrees. I googled around though and it's apparently a misconception. You don't look like your mirror image nor your phone/camera pictures. Only others around you know what you look like exactly.
What about you? Please elaborate yourself!
Also, could someone with a little more knowledge explain this mirror/front-face camera thing? Why is it that you look way different in pictures than in a mirror?
Mirrors >>>>>> pictures/back camera >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> front face shots.
If that's what I really look like I deserve to be single
Well, I heard that the mirror makes you look 5 times better than you really are, which I think is a lie because some people would be monster, anyway I go by the mirror, something the photos don't make my any justice.
Mirrors show me the best even when my hair, beard etc are a mess. I have to get myself together to look good in the camera / picture. Front cameras are always a mess, I guess; unless you are Beyoncé.
You think you look ugly on pictures because you're used to looking in the mirror, and have been looking in it all your life, so that's how you think you actually look like. But when you see yourself on photos, you see the mirrored version of how you think you are (and the real version), but you're not used to it so you think you look ugly. It's natural
The more asymmetrical your face is, the more difference there will be
The mirror is perfectly fine at showing how you really look like, I mean if you look at someone else and their mirror image they'll be pretty identical, the same would go for you.

If the mirrored version of how I think I am is the real version of me and how I look like to others then I definitely indeed deserve to be single.

This. I actually wonder how easy it must be for her or Rihanna. To just take a selfie with a front facing camera. And look perfect.

Nope. I don't think it goes that way (if only!)
I've noticed that when my sister or dad are with me in the bathroom brushing their teeth or something, that their face in the mirror looks completely different. It's like the right side is on the opposite side and vice verse.
You'd think that would make sense since your mirror mirrors your face, but I don't get it... Someone intelligent needs to explain this matter
