It's not fanmade! Someone posted the HQ in the thread that just got closed but I don't think anyone really noticed.
Are we sure this is the deluxe? I was thinking maybe it was two images for a lenticular cover like TD:CC? It'd explain the whole Prism thing since one is rainbow and one isn't.

I said the same thing, I think that the "rainbow" version is what it looks like if you tilt it and the non-rainbow one is the normal cover that'll be used on iTunes and online.
I was so hoping she'd do her own take on the Dark Side of the Moon cover (she could have done lots, especially with the other PRISM logo, to change it enough that would have made it more Katy Perry-esque without making everyone scream "copy Kat").
This looks like a scrapbook cover to me. :/
This is the way I see it. Katy is the Prism and the light if nature (nature being the flowers) is going through her. Look up the definition of the word and you'll get it.
