Well Dark horse just won the vote to be released first. They never stated that the losing song wouldn't be released. They may release it as a second promo single, or well will just have to wait for album release

hopefully she does the promotion singles countdown 3 weeks ahead of the album release date. just like TD. Maybe WOA could be one
