I believe only Sooyoung speaks in Japanese.
After Girls & Peace I thought they were singing too much in English, but recently I downloaded Namie Amuro's Feel (Japanese singer slaying the charts) and the bitch is basically an American pop star, the whole album is in English.
So basically, this is a common practice in Japan, even for Japanese artists.
