Poor you. You had to use Destiny's Child's receipts to support Bey. Taylor>>>Beyonce solo. DC as a whole band contributed to those albums and shouldn't be considered Bey's only. Even Billboard doesn't count the DC albums as a part of Bey's sales.
Remember at the Golden Globes when Taylor looked so bitter after losing to ADELE, and then Tina Fey and Amy Poehler made her the laughing stock of America and she looked ever more bitter?
The Roar video is one of the reasons Katy isn't really a touring artist.
The Kats think it's great that her videos are "fun" and "relatable," and that she "doesn't take herself seriously," but the truth is that people don't wanna go and see an artist on tour who doesn't show that she's capable of being able to entertain you for 2 hours.
But perhaps she needs to experiment to become a superstar. She is the White Rihanna after all, and Rihanna didnt blow up until after she re-invented herself and stopped being Bajan Beyonce. Pop music is all about re-inventing yourself. Rehashing Teenage Dream all the time will not help her.
Katy's handlers will re-invent her when they feel the need to do it.
