I know some countries in Middle East don't care if you are foreign, if you are a woman you have to cover up. My mom went to Bahrain a few times and said when she was there she had to cover up. No in a burqua just with clothing.

Janet mainly stays in Dubai which is a huge tourist spot. They aren't as strict on laws as somewhere like Saudi Arabia or Iraq. There's laws but none saying you HAVE to be covered up.
