Step 3: Delay the album (Done)
Step 4: Cancel the album
Step 5: Release 3rd lead single
Step 6: Finally release the album (if single was a success) or Drop Artist from label (if single fails)
They have done this with nearly all their artists...
So far Avril has three singles that don't have any certification at all; "He Wasn't", "The Best Damn Thing" and "Wish You Were". The Holy Trinity...
Rock N Roll is also there but we all know that it will end up selling 3 million in the US and 6 million WW. There's not point in listing the song there...
