Really. It could really help her, she has tons and tons of music videos lost in her official account which not everybody knows, and they don't have the views hits of their size should really have. She could benefit from her official music videos connected in the VEVO network to get the exposure they really deserve.

Hmm. Im not here for Madonna using Vevo... their censoring, exploiting and inflating the views count suck.
But I would be more than happy with the HQ versions of her vids re-uploaded on her official YT channel.
