It's stupid to deny that she didn't pull in some more casual buyers when they saw the preorder was only $7.99 as compared to $9.99 or $10.99. People love a discount hence why every time an album goes on sale for $6.99 it shoots into the top 10 on iTunes. Nobody is saying the discount accounted for like 50k of her sales or anything crazy like that but to act like it had no effect is what is really grasping for straws. No one is saying she would of flopped without it.
I know, but for the past few times people have predicted her sales (singles) they have always been much lower than the end result.

My guess is we won't know what's going to be #1 on Billboard till the chart is released next week. It will be too close on HDD. But if any of the three artists get it by at least 10k on HDD they should be safe. But i think all three will be in the 105-110k range. So it could go either way.
