Who has a better shot at #1 next week, Ariana or NIN?

She will, and I actually think she'll surpass it by a lot. Her fans have been waiting for this album for years, and a lot of them are getting multiple copies. Some like this guy are buying a bunch of physical copies to give them away to others. When I went to the store, they were running out of Ariana albums and the NIN and Tamar albums that were on the same display had a BUNCH of copies left in comparison. If you look on Twitter, you'll see a LOT of people are getting physical copies, not just digital.

Ohhh that's awesome!! I can't wait for my physical version to arrive. I just ordered yesterday.

Yeah, I went to Best Buy in NYC yesterday to try and meet her at the event she was doing, but I got there too late (actually I was an hour early, but all those other assholes got there early as hell) and all 400 wristbands were gone, and I asked the security guard if they had any more CDs to buy even if they didn't have wristbands and he was like, "No everything is all gone."

I don't know how much they usually sell, so I can't tell how much she'll beat them by.

however, im afraid her sales are gonna be really frontloaded...her fanbase will all be buying the album this week, and there's no single out now (does Baby I even count) to let casual listeners know it's even out

Well, this is the closest The Wanted's ever getting to a #1 album.

If "Almost Is Never Enough" had Harry Styles on it, I'm sure this album would sell much more.
