It would be dumb if they don't. It was performed by the artist. Don't they count it for parodies?
I agree, it would be dumb, especially in a week like this where that Miley/Robin performance had such a huge impact.
Not sure about parodies, but I think they said U.O.E.N.O got a lot of streaming points because of freestyles so Im guessing parodies might be in that same vein?

Mine was off for two seconds with the date, but when I clicked it, it linked to the older chart. I'm guessing it was just a glitch since they're probably updating the site and I was too excited (I'm like refreshing the site over and over).
