What about them? They are people of color and live in an anti-POC society under an anti-POC government. Their success is miraculous because the odds against them were much greater. And racism could STILL ruin them and all of their success.

Yes, but most of the time (lately) it's women's fault.
My Queen Britney would never.

Saying that white men shouldn't complain isn't saying they never have any problems, it's saying they should realize when they have been dealt the upper hand in life and recognize that any struggle they may face for being who they are pales in comparison to the struggles other people face simply for being who they are. I am white, I'm sure I've had problems arise because of that in the past, but I know that I am in a position of power and any racial problems I may face seem like nothing compared to minorities, so I don't complain because frankly, in the grand scheme of things, my white problems aren't really important and me complaining about them when there are bigger fish to fry out there would make me seem like an asshat. I'm sure men have had problems with sexism before, but when comparing them to the sexism women face, is it really worth it? You have to choose your battles and oppression against straight white males isn't one big enough to waste our energy on.

People fighting that there isn't misogyny is kinda misogynistic... Honestly, if you don't see how most portray women, then obviously you think it's ok, and you yourself are a sexist wench...
Sexism is so deep in our culture, that even our insults and cuss words are mostly targeted towards women!.. think about it!

Definitely. There was a feminst version of BL made where the naked men in it were treated like the women were in the original video and it got removed yesterday (only a few days after it was released) because of "sexual content". The original BL video however remain on youtube.

The first post sums up the mentality of the majority on ATRL. Reading the thread about the feminist rendition of Blurred Lines being removed from Youtube, and members laughing at the "useless/late/tragic" attempt was unpleasant.
Men need to understand that they don't have to go through sexism. It's the same way you can't be racist towards White people. Yes, guys, get that into your heads and be content with it.

Yes. Every single day I come across misogyny. Women at work are called b****** just for doing their jobs. If they are sexually harassed people say they were asking for it and should watch how they act around men so that it doesn't happen. Look at rape cases. People ask what the woman was wearing and how she was acting which implies that somehow it was her fault that she was raped. Society has the mentally that it can't be the man's fault. He was just tempted by a woman and couldn't control himself. Even in pop culture you see it. Women are pitted against each other but you don't see male artists getting pitted against each other. Women have to be a certain weight or they're deemed unattractive. There are a lot of unfit male singers and no one ever talks about their weight. There are just so many examples of misogyny and it's sad that people just don't see it.

Your first step is to accept that “a hatred or intolerance of another race” is not the definition of racism. The dictionary is wrong. Get over it.
Racism is when intolerance in government laws, attitudes and ideals of a society are ingrained in a culture to the point where patterns of discrimination towards a certain race are institutionalised as normal. If you keep this in mind, you’ll understand that reverse racism doesn’t - and can’t - exist.
“Racism (or sexism) = prejudice + power. POC (people of colour) can be prejudiced against white people but they can never have power, i.e. a whole system of structured support that backs them. White people often don’t understand how much power they have.
I'm not saying this with hatred, it's how White people made it.

Given the general level of naive ignorance on this forum full of dumb 12 year olds, I'm surprised that only 4 people voted no, I was expecting a lot more idiots.
Good job on this one, ATRL

Yes, a little. Objectifying yourself to men is not empowering and makes many men think they can use women. And in Germany, women sometimes still earn less money than men for the same job, although it's illegal and there are quotas. But I don't feel oppressed or anything. It will change with time.

We've come a long way, and women are treated far better than radical feminists make out, but yes.
EDIT: Also, saying that men can't have a say on sexism is as ignorant as being sexist. Men in some cultures are treated worse than the women. Stop being so ethnocentric.
