Also, he's super rich (like way richer than normal music managers), and I think there's a conflict of interest there. He won't as motivated to do things as other managers who need their clients to do well to survive

He's been really good at getting her financially sound deals, but terrible at all other aspects. I'm pretty sure he's not her to day to day manager tho.
