She feels comfortable being bigger/skinnier/whatever. It's not a problem for her. She doesn't think people should measure their self-esteem with their weight. That's her message.

That doesn't mean she's going to purposely force herself to be bigger - it just means she won't murder herself to say skinny. If she feels like working out to be skinny, good. If she feels like avoiding exercising and gorging out all the time, good. She's loves herself regardless.

What someone would forcefully make themselves perceive as hypocrisy for one is completely justifiable for another.
