She has major breakage, the hair looks super dry, especially on the top she better do some moisturizing treatment, some type of keratin replacement therapy, my lord it's super off, she needs to get that hair fixed up!
I think styled she'd be able to hide it, but right here, not at all - majorrr damage, I think probably because of the Ombre, but mostly the roots....
