Besides, the tickets are on sale there are just 2 months or 1 and a half, like at Mineirão. Huge tour artists, like Madonna and Gaga, had their sales during 5, 6 or 8 months and faced much more difficulties on sales for their shows in Brazil. At the end, they didn't sell out 'em. Rihanna came for the first time here and make 8k audience at Brasília and Belo Horizonte, cities where Beyoncé have already sold at least 3 times this number of tickets

It's not really that bad...the show in Fortaleza has sold out the Front stage and Cad Sup Lateral sectors and I read somewhere that Cad inferior is like 85% sold out. It's only Cad Superior, Open Bar and Pista sectors that are lagging a bit and might not sell out. Also according to some Brazilian Media over 40,000 people are expected at BH and 50,000-55,000 at Sao Paulo.
