Actually the Lumias that have AMOLED screens have been known to be inferior to screens like the IPS LCD used in the Lumia 920 because the AMOLED screens use Samsung's PenTile tech

Actually, Lumia 925's AMOLED screen is better than Lumia 920's IPS LCD. It's more vibrant, has higher contrast, better viewing angles and is just as bright as the 920's screen and is the brightest AMOLED, even brighter than Samsung's SuperAMOLED.
