Why doesn't this occur more often in our society? Is it because of the social role us women are forced to play from birth to be soft, pure and dainty or is it something more? I personally believe it should happen more often to put certain men in their place instead of playing the "victim" card. Make them the products they've made us since the beginning of time. Make them be submissive. Make them be the ones demeaned in public because it's seen as okay.
But even with that video, Marina was called ugly by her label which only proves that the female standard for beauty is set on such a high bar that becomes hard to reach.
