With all those A-list collabs on Jewels & Drugs and including urban music on ARTPOP.
Is she making URBAN COMMUNITY embrace gays?

No. If the urban community likes the song, then they like it. It has nothing to do with LGBT individuals.

No, this isn't her first urban song.
But I do think GaGa is on trend with the rest of the industry making actual albums, instead of albums full of singles. Hopefully my fave follows suit.
