Let's not act like UJ wasn't selling without discounts, the album is already heading for 2M. And the discount to get #1 happened after 12 weeks from release and it sold 95K which shows the high demand for the album.
My guess is that since the album has top ten exposure again, people are buying the single from that album, causing the other version in the top ten singles chart to lose sales a bit.
