What I meant with MD thing: it's very personal to her. She wrote many songs in the times when she was feeling down and showed her real self. It doesn't sound much like songs on MD but only looks like MD.

Which one is the true one? Or are they for different issues?

This. It was a mess with the Breakaway single/album covers. I'm guessing you got the deluxe international GH because the US GH version doesn't have any of that.

They are different issues... The first BTHE and the first SUBG image are just for promotional use. They're not really for sale, but there are ones lurking around somewhere in ebay.
The second BTHE and SUBG are for retail, the ones we usually see on record stores.

These are the ones used in my GH booklet as well and I have the U.S. version, not the Deluxe (was there even a U.S. Deluxe version?)
