Quality is an issue, if we're being honest. It's so much easier throwing out quality verses on features than making a quality album.

And you know, she knew RR wasn't a quality album overall when she was promoting it and continuing to say "it's a fun album" and "I had so much more fun making this album compared to PF".

Quality comes first. After that, everything will easily fall into place.
