You should use modest nature tho. Not cause I'm bitter or anything, it's just from experience I don't think an unboosted 115 base power will hit hard enough, and 95 base speed is quite high anyway.
Though timid can work in some situations as a surprise (Like my poor Mienshao)

Base 95 is quite average so Timid helped ha outspeed.
I could've KO'd another poke if I didn't give up.
