Rihanna just performed a short set on "AOL sessions" which featured almost all of her smash hit singles including Diamonds, Turn out the Lights, Jump, Open invitations and All My Life. Performance's below!

All My Life (With Elements of Turn Out The Lights ):

The performance began with an acoustic guitar strumming instead of as Rihanna walked out and winked at the camera. She sat on a stool with a mic right in front of her and began singing "All My Life" solo, but with acoustic guitar and piano, softer harmonies and a more soulful vocal performance. Instead of a breakdown there was an electric guitar solo where Rihanna sang the chorus of her and Katy's first collaboration "Turn Out The Lights" one time.After the solo the performance wen't back to acoustic, and the same thing as the first verse happened. At the end of the performance Rihanna belted out the bridge of "All My Life" one more time and the the lyrics "Turn Out The Lights" played and the lights turned off.

Jump/ Open Invitations

Rihanna began this performance without her stool. She began by singing the chorus of her single, Jump, in falsetto, while singing A Capella. Then she grabbed the microphone stand as she sang jump. The band played the song in a lowered key with electric piano, electric guitar and heavy bass drums. Rihanna writhed around the stage dancing until she got to the chorus. Then she began wining as she sang the chorus all the way through. The breakdown was skipped and then Rihanna sang the bridge of the song.

Then the beat changed and the drums got heavier. Rihanna began shaking her hips as the beat began and she started to sing Shakira's collab with her "Open Invitations". Instead of being like the Colombian singer and sing over a backtrack of her fellow collaborator, Rihanna's backup singers did their job. She sang the song while dancers and flirting with her band. At The end of the performance she winked and strutted out the room, like this:



Diamonds (Reggae Remix):

During the performance of Diamonds Rihanna used heavy reverb and slowed the tempo at the beginning as she sang the chorus one time. Then she started the song from the beginning and sang soulfully to the reggae remix of the song. The performance featured a singular spotlight on Rihanna and laser lighting. Her band were in the back as she sang, getting into the song. After the second chorus the song ended with the outro, which she sang powerful. At The end of the performance she danced a bit to tthe reggae beat and sang. "We're beautiful... like diamonds... in... the sky...."


All 3 performances were eventually uploaded to RihannaVEVO and are racking up the views.

Rihanna Hits "The Voice UK" with "All My life" (along with Katy Perry) and "Diamonds"

All My life:

Rihanna began the performance sitting on top of some speakers on an oddly bright stage with a zebra dress. However, as the electro-pop pop beat began to light up. Rihanna sang the first verse while sitting on the speakers and at the chorus her male backup dancers (dressed in suits) helped her off the stage. Then after the chorus she ripped her zebra dress off and performed choreography with her all male dancers.



Suddenly, after the break down, suddenly all the lights went off. A spotlight went on one of the speakers and a girl in a blue wig walked out, followed by 7 more girls. Then Katy Perry walked on to the stage and said "Right here bitchess!". Then her and Rihanna sang the second verse. Smiling all the way through as they danced and sang. Then they ran into the audience and Katy sang the bridge to fans as Rihanna did a provocative dance on the judges table. Then Rihanna smiled, winked and blew kiss to the camera as her and Katy sang the chorus one last time.





Rihanna Also sang a duet of her single "Diamonds" with a contestant on the show. The performance began with him singing the first verse and chorus. After, he called Rihanna out to sing with him and she smiled. They sang and had Charisma as fire burned on sides of the stage. At the end Rihanna let the man take the belt and instead hit a whistle note because she's that talented ( ).
