I would want one BEFORE the 3rd album so that people can get properly introduced to how the album will be and sound like. Because the transition from PF:RR to a more hip-hop/rap/mixtapenika sounding album would be really drastic for some people (especially her CFs.)
But Nicki's focus should be on the album only. Like months and months of perfecting it. Then trying to find out how she wants to promote and market it. Videos and everything needs to be on point. A mixtape is pointless right now.

Touring is going to take up so much time. This will be her biggest so I'll say a year and a half. Either the Era will have longevity or will run only during 2014.
What we need to know is if she's going to go straight until working on the 4th album or take a break? If its the former than we don't need any music. If its the latter, she will either supply her fans with a little music to leave us. Or either do nothing and leave us hungry until her return.
