everyone, here is a message to us from SA
I am sorry for all of the events that have taken place in my absence, most recently last nights. I understand that me being banned put a strain on the game, that I thought Eric could ease. While I do recognize that some of you have legit reasons to be mad at me, I need to clear some things up. That "s t o p" tweet was NOT dedicated to any of you. And neither was the picture of Christina Aguilera's "Shut Up". Most of you don't follow me on twitter, so you wouldn't know, but I tweet a song I'm listening too almost everyday. There also seems to be some misconception on how/how fast I made the chart. I didn't rush to do anything after Robbie made his, as I didn't know he actually posted one until after I made mine. What Eric neglected to mention was that I was mostly done with it when you all started to tweet me. While my attitude was not right, can you imagine if you were the host of a thread, and someone you've asked to stay OUT was continuing to post in your thread, and there was literally not a thing you could do about it? And your so-called host and friend wouldn't even back you up? Not only did Robbie cause problems with me, but other players too. I genuinely hope that this game will still prosper and we will continue the amazing success, but, I'm also done being threatened with comments like "It's not like we HAVE to play". If you want to quit, QUIT. I am not going to kiss your ass for you to stay. So if I'm too "angry", then leave. Also, I don't really see how I'm being a "dictator". I am the host. The host makes the charts. Not random (ex)players. That's how it was last season, and that is how it will continue to be. I really enjoyed you guys and even if it were only for a short time, I know you can say the same. So like I said, I hope we can continue an amazing game. When I return, we will have a three hour window where you can all voice your complaints and we will all discuss them in a civilized manner. After that window, feel free to speak to me privately. I hope you can excuse my behavior lately, and I hope that I can accommodate you all, to keep this game fun and exciting.

I would've been completely okay with this until he said "I thought Eric could actually host".
No. I did host. You did nothing but make a chart. The mods didn't even want you to host which is why to them I remain the host.
You couldn't even go 2 charts without being banned, AND I HAD TO GET THE THREAD OPENED . Don't discredit me, especially when according to the players last night I was the better host.
But then again guests can't even view ATRL now so have fun reading this Raesean!
And also have fun when you return before you quickly get your 6th/7th ban! Don't personally come for me when I did the most, and had you been host without the ban shutting you up this game would've been like this weeks ago when Robbie,Genetic, Britney, etc quit. You absolutely do not know how to communicate properly so enjoy the messes you continue to get yourself into.

Tegan and Sara perform @ Schlag den Raab
During their stay in Germany, Tegan and Sara visited game show “Schlag den Raab” to present their their new single, Heart Waster. The performance was recorded Friday, when the duo did promo in Cologne before their concert, as they had to be in the States for the Teen Choice Awards when the show was broadcast on Saturday.
The studio was lit up in red and pink, with lots of tiny illuminated hearts hanging down from the ceiling. The band started playing an acoustic version of the song, which eventually turned into a full on instrumental when the song reach the first pre-chorus, continuing in the album arrangement until the end.
Tegan and Sara weren't playing their instruments, so they were free to roam the stage, dance and interact with the audience as they performed with smiles on their faces, swaying to the poppy beat while providing impeccable live vocals and impressing with their charming personalities.
Clapping along, the audience seemed to thoroughly enjoy the performance, some dedicated fans even giving a standing ovation at the end. The host thanked the duo for stopping by and Tegan and Sara later posted on Twitter to thank everyone for the support, making their first ever televised performance in Germany such a big success.

Tegan and Sara thank fans for TCAs, performances get praised
Tegan and Sara have reached out to their fans after winning two Teen Choice Awards last night. The duo had flown in from Europe where they are currently touring to attend the ceremony, where they were nominated in two categories: Best Older Band and Best Teen Single. They ended up winning both awards – sharing Best Teen Single with Selena Gomez – making the night a huge success.

Quote:
“Hello everyone,
we can't believe last night actually happened! In case you didn't know, the TCAs were actually our first real award show we attended, so just being there was already very exciting for us, since we were also going to perform twice. Getting called up on stage twice to receive an award was way beyond what we would have dared to expect! We had to pinch each other to make sure it wasn't just a dream. Competition was tough, we were nominated among so many amazing artists and friends, we would have been happy for all of them to win but we feel incredibly honored that you out there thought we deserved it the most and voted for us!
Thank you so much for that, our era just started but so far it has been incredible with the sales and overall reception and now we have two TCAs, it just keeps getting better! Thank you for the unconditional support and love you share with us every day, we can't wait to see all of you on our upcoming tour and play the new (and old) songs for you live!
See you very soon,
T&S xo”

Apart from receiving two awards, the band had performed twice during the show, playing a medley of their two singles Youth and Heart Waster as well as a chill-inducing rendition of their song Straight Backward in support of LGBT equality. Both performances were heavily praised by critics, being called some of the best of the evening with their simple, yet effective stage set and flawless performances from both singers.
Entertainment Weekly called their performance of Youth “simply beautiful; with a thousand fairy lights creating the vision of listening to this song under a starry night sky, this is the best they could have done to make people feel the mood of the song” while Billboard lauded how they stepped up their game for the Heart Waster part. “Seeing Tegan and Sara performing in front of a stage setup that would make Katy Perry jealous is certainly something we need to get used to, but they did it in a way that perfectly went along with the message and vibe of the song. It also made the whole thing more fun and less tense, helping them lose some of the (adorable) awkwardness we've seen in past performances, when they looked a bit lost without their instruments. Kudos.”

Also, I think that we should just use Raesean's chart. I'll start working on the overall records based on that.

Ugh.
Rae,
I made a chart when I was asked to or the idea was thrown out there. I didn't offer the idea myself, nor did I insist everyone goes by my chart. You were taking forever. At least Adam was consistent in times. You should've had the chart earlier. Quit mentioning my ****ing name. Don't say I "caused problems" when all I did was put up a chart when asked. I never said anyone had to actually go by it because I'm not the god damn host.
Keep control of your own game. Have fun with it after so many people have considered quitting. After all, you "can find new players", right?
Bye.
